General Description Classic 1974 Grand Banks, spacious 49 Motor Yacht, economical and reliable vessel. She is perfect for long voyages, cruising the islands, or coastal waters with family and friends.
Actual Condition
This Grand Bank has Twin 140 hp John Deer 6 cyl Diesels. It is reported the fuel tanks have been replaced with aluminum tanks. The teak decks have been glassed over and non-skid.
It is also reported the entire bottom has recently been repacked, inspected, and serviced where needed. She's a clean yacht for her age and just completed a 200nm voyage with no issues. There are still some repairs needed to the rub rail, port side of transom just below the deck, port side aft deck railing, starboard rear area of the house and other minor cosmetics.
